If you want to pay a arm and a leg then this is the place for you!! We went there to get a tire patched up but it was to bald to patch which is understandable but for ONE Bridgestone tire, which wasn't what we wanted was $215!!! What a rip off!! Even with labor cost that is ridiculous. We have been there plenty of times and never has it been like this. It's like if they don't want to deal with something they over Charge you. Why be in business then???
My experience with Firestone over the years is mixed; some good , some bad. They do try hard to please the customer and, if necessary, when you contact the regional supervisor, they will make a strong effort to keep the customer satisfied. On the other hand, I'm not as pleased with the quality of some of their products. Good place for a knowledgeable and savvy customer.

Took my tire in for repair. I did not have an appointment but the associate told me it would be 2 hours. I thought thats fine sence i didnt have an appointment. Two and a half hours later the tire isn't fixed and he tells me he cant get to it sence i didnt make an appointment. No thats what i call a run around. Remove all my vehicles from your Data base as i will never return.
The staff was extremely friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and professional. The waiting area was immaculate, very clean and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my vehicle.
I'm extremely disappointed with every visit to this location, and there were many. I had my spark plus replaced, as well as had a fuel regulator cleaned which amounted to $850. After trying to open the hood to my car the next day, they had broken the hood latch to my car and not told me. More days I had to take off from work to address this problem. After bringing up my concern about a smell, possibly oil leaking onto something in my engine, they told me they would have to clean the engine (for only $46!) and then see what got dirty again. Not only is that another waste of time, but also faulty logic. Simply looking for a crack in the oil pan, or connecting gaskets would have Resolved the issue. Because of this negligence, my alternator recently gave out and will cost another $500 to fix. Don't waste your time or money here, they'll look for anyway to squeeze just a few more dollars out of your wallet.
