Excellent work on the buddy repair done in my truck in a timely manner. They had a rental car company attached, so it is a one stop shop. Great experience.
In MB on vacation and our truck starting having fuel issues. Someone else read the engine code which reported we might need to replace our fuel injectors. Matt got us scheduled quickly and Andy was super, fixing us fast and honest and discovered the fix was NOT injectors but a much cheaper and easier replacement of the mass airflow sensor. Would definitely recommend them. Good, honest, hard working guys! Very grateful to them.

I drove myself and 3 kids to MB on Wednesday August 16 2017 from Rural Hall NC for a last minute decision trip before school started. On the way down my alternator stopped working and my battery was dying. Luckily we made it to our hotel before it completely died. With the help of family I got the parts I needed to fix it and enough juice in my battery to get me on the road Friday morning to leave. I read the reviews on this place Thursday night planning on stopping to see if they would fix it. I pull up and I'm greeted by a man named Andy Farra. He wasn't just a mechanic he was the GM. He took my car around back and my kids and I went inside. Mind you its like 100 degrees outside and Andy and his guys are working away. We sat in the air conditioning and waited, they even turned on cartoons for my kids! Next thing I know Andy pulls my car around...he had replaced my alternator with my new one, had to replace one of my battery terminals, he even put the old alternator back in box and packed in my car. I just knew it was going to cost me 100s of dollars....but I was wrong....there are still good people in this world and this place has most of them! I got an amazing price and was able to drive my babies home in air conditioning!!! We made it home without ANY problems!!! I wish Andy and his guys worked in NC where I am from because I would go there every time! But now I feel better knowing if I am ever at MB again and need something for my car....I know exactly where to go!!!! Thank you for everything you guys did!!! You were my heros!!!
Looking to recover my $707.00 bill I paid to precision auto tune when they could not fix my problem. I cannot afford to have it towed to East Coast Honda and not knowing what the bill would be. It is Still sitting at my house. Could not make it to Honda the way it was running. They were nice at precision but offered no help leaving me stuck with a car barely running. What a joke, this place is a rip-off. Bought my car in and they misdiagnosed the problem and tell my I need my thermostat replace and they did. Well... Coolant started to leak because their qualified mechanic did not line up the coolant hose onto the right connectors so I had to take off my skid plate and saw that the line was lose and was rubbing against the serpentine belt. A chunk of plastic got grind off the belt. I replaced it myself because their works don't give my confident anymore. Trust lost and I will never return to this place.
