Learn how to fn drive. I was going down the ramp towards Magoos and one of their trucks was riding my ass when I was going the speed limit. It’s 2:15 in the morning. You’re not a damn cop, ambulance, or fire truck. You were very lucky I had someone in my car bc I would’ve tapped my brakes and you would’ve hit my car.

Beyond nice people. The company was very patient with me and my nerves. The truck operator explained all that he was doing and even taught me about my car just in case I have another experience like I did. I'm very pleased with the whole situation and would highly recommend them. First impression is everything to me and how someone represents themselves and the company they work for.
Long story short, we did not get any of his belongings, the "owner" blamed the miscommunication on my boyfriend and the entire experience from the time we walked into the shop was unprofessional. We were never told what we needed to gain access to the car, the woman at the desk was rude beyond belief and the "owner" was yelling and getting snappy with us and my boyfriends mom. Horrible place and would never, EVER recommend to anyone.
After we called his stepdad (holder of insurance) we went back in and spoke to the "owner". He also copped an attitude right from the start and when we said we where there before and spoke to someone he replied with "I know". After the insurance faxed the permission we almost got his keys to get his belongings when the owner asked if his step father was the owner of the car. We said no, and that his mother was the one who registered the car. After a long tussle we got my boyfriends mother on the phone and she spoke to the owner who proceeded to yell at her, saying that my boyfriend was told that we needed her written permission and a copy of her license, my boyfriends license and a copy of the registration, but he just "didn't listen"
I really wish that I could give 0 stars because this place is absolutely ridiculous. We went in to get some belongings out of my boyfriend's car that was towed there last Sunday after the accident. We arrived there and right off the bat the woman at the desk was being rude. My boyfriend was very polite and said that we where there to get some belongings out of his car. The woman seemed clueless because she asked "why would we store your car" after we explained that he was in an accident and a few minutes of her asking random questions she got his paper work and proceeded to tell us that they couldn't release the car to us. After we again told her what we needed she then got even more rude and said we needed written permission from insurance.
Had my vehicle serviced here and not only did they charge 100 over the quoted amount but the mechanic was very rude on the phone...when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that “no I couldn’t” and “did I even understand what an estimate was”. The Work had been completed and the price was set...now I’m being told otherwise. I’m not only going to give a bad review but I will be reporting to the BBB. Unprofessional and price gouging. Never again will I take my vehicle here and I would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
My car was parked legally in my unit's designated numbered parking space WITH MY PARKING DECAL STICKER in clear sight and QUALITY TOWING TOWED MY CAR! THE DISPATCHER IS INCOMPETENT! THE OFFICE MANAGER TOLD ME A OUT RIGHT LIE THAT I WOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE TAXI I HAD TO TAKE TO GO GET MY VEHICLE BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS "OFF" . I feel violated by this company. Who knows what it feels like to walk out of your home at 6:50am to take your children to school to discover your car has been snatched by a tow company WRONGFULLY? I DO! QUALITY TOWING SHOULD BE KNOWN AS QUESTIONABLE TOWING! When a mistake by an ETHICAL company has been made, they correct it. I can not say that about Quality Towing because they have corrected NOTHING!
