Customer service desk represatives have a bad attitudes. Went to ask a question a out price matching and they immediately had a attitude. Not very nice people.
I shop at Target often. I've never had a bad experience! They have a great selection for a decent price! The staff is super friendly and helpful! I came here to grab a few things near closing time, and one of the employees waited outside with me until I placed all my groceries in the car and was safely inside! I've never had anyone do that before!
I always find things I'm looking for and interesting things too! People are nice and helpful. Clean and orderly.
Theresa and Fran that work the customer service desk have the worst attitudes in the world. You need to retrain Theresa on what gift receipts are. I have never had someone hand me back my gift receipts and say they need the original receipt, that you cant use these for a return. Is she new? And Fran needs an attitude adjustment quickly. Learn to humble yourself when your employees are wrong and the customer is right. Its not my fault you didn't train Theresa correctly. If you cant have a pleasant attitude and say thank you or your welcome to a guest, then you need to find another job or better yet stay at home!! Just plain awful!!!
I go to Target because they always have some cool stuff that is a little different than other stores. This one also has a grocery store, so you can get all of your shopping done in one stop. They are always stocked with holiday items and this is a great place for Christmas shopping.
