The place is usually clean and most of the employees are nice. I gave it 3 stars because the shelves are never stocked anymore and it takes FOREVER to check out now. It never used to take that long to get checked out. However, if you go in there at 8 pm or later, they have one register open and the self checkouts are closed. They seem like they get upset if they have to open another register to help the line get down. That's when the cashiers are no longer nice/friendly.
Very crowded...which is fine. A total of 3 restroom stalls for the Mens restroom??? That was tough. Also struggling with having enough cashiers.
I was more than satisfied with my experience with this store (the vision center to be specific). Down here on vacation and I made the mistake, as most tourists do, and wore my glasses in the water while playing with my child. I called to check if the doctor was available and was greeted by a voice that was both kind and understanding. Didn't take her much to guess what had happened. I was driven to the store to proceed with the appointment. The receptionist, her name was Haley (not quite sure if spelling is correct as I was blind for 90% of my visit). She was very pleasant to talk to while waiting to see the doctor. The doctor was also friendly and professional. The service was amazing. I know if something like this were to happen again I would not hesitate to use this location.
It’s always dirty and the shelf’s are never stocked. It takes longer to check out then it does to actually shop. The customer service skills are horrible. They don’t want to be bothered. There are huge lines and a bunch of employees just standing around instead of actually helping people.
