They fixed our problem but we were never acknowledged or even greeted when we entered the store.
Not good not vary help my
Manager refused to give me his name after stating that "it's his store and he makes his own rules!" I called back twice to politely ask for his name and he continued to hang up on me! Bad for business, but even worse for at&t to have a stuck up individual such as the unknown manager at this location!
