This place is really a waste of time. Everyone likes a karaoke bar, but just avoid this place. The security guard (only 1 of them) was so rude and smacked my boyfriend's feet off of a chair. He came over and just started screaming at us. When we went outside to smoke, they wouldn't let us in again.. not even to use the bathroom! I tried to explain to the manager how terribly rude this toothless security guard was, but he wouldn't listen. What a terrible representation of your business! There was hardly anyone in the place and now I see why!!!
The 10 year olds and teenagers running around at midnight turned me completely off....this is a Nightclub??? The wait was 2hours to do Karaoke because 100 kids were in front of me...in a BAR!!! Felt like the Mickey Mouse Club...no thanks
The service is always impeccable.. the best bartenders are Logan and Reynolds. Always on the ball and keeping their customers happy. Also.. make sure you try the loaded tater tots. They are fabulous!! Terrific late night snack.
This place has horrible customer service during football games. I saw 2 group's get up leave in the 20 mins we were there because no one took their orders. I will never come here again on vacation.
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT BROADWAY LOUIES FOR MY WIFE BDAY VACATION AND OUR SERVER LOGAN WAS THE ON POINT ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE GREAT PLACE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD !!!!
