Either way, I returned my device told them I wanted to cancel my service. 2 months later I'm still being charged service on a phone I no longer have. Apparently he put me in as suspending my phone rather than canceling which in turns still generates a full bill. I know this was done intentionally!! I'm very frustrated. After calling corporate and spending hours pleading with them, they agreed to drop the charge to $60 and I still have to call back at the end of my billing cycle to to complete the cancellation.

Went in to see if they had a particular phone in stock to pick up later that same day. Manager promised he would save one for me and we scheduled an appointment. When I came back to pick up the device he said he had sold it earlier despite claiming he would save it for me and without giving me a call before I arrived for my appointment. Try a different retailer.

After leaving T-Mobile I finally have stead 4g wireless and a better rate plan! Customer service is friendly and timely. Although there aren't any technicians in this store the reps will help you any way they can.

What a joke of service!! and sales Business manager!!! Switched from ATT after 7 years they said they were gonna pay off my contract they didnt! Manager basically lied to me about my monthly fees for my 7 lines it was $150 more than quoted and they wont help me. Stay away from sprint!!! If it sounds to good to be true it usually is!!

Just want to confirm that this review is for the Sprint Corporate Store located in the Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach, Store #115. If could be given 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service ever, let alone worst cellular service ever! Employee's start as being extremely nice and helpful, intentionally comforting you and assuring you THEY will do EVERYTHING so you do not have to and PROMISING you that you will be WORRY FREE during this experience. FALSE FALSE AND FALSE!!! I have experienced it first hand, in the end I was left flat on my face with no help or resolution to what I should do since I have given this service OVER 3 weeks, with very minimal service on the roads I travel for work, while I am in the office, let alone IN MY OWN HOME.... They PROMISED me that this signal booster would improve my service, which gave me 1 bar, compared to none. WIFI could have done that for me. Even after cancelling services within my 60 day period (Business Accounts get 60 days, Individual Accounts get 30 days) they refused to cancel my services and credit my account back for the leased phones that I was returning back to clear the account, aside from uses services that month. Also, losing out on my Tmobile phones I traded in for a reimbursement for switching carriers, they refused to send me the prepaid visa and told me that my account had to be active for 30 days or more before sending out the visa. On top of that, they refused to return my Tmobile phones to me. After notifying them I will get a lawyer to solve this issues, they returned 4 out of 6 Tmobile phones to me to keep me "quiet." When I got home, I realized that my phones IMEI did not match my boxes or account IMEI that was listed on my Tmobile account. Sprint told me that they would need all IMEI numbers of each phone turned in so they can request my Tmobile phones when they were being requested to be returned, but after being recieved and confronted they were in fact not my Tmobile phones I handed in, I was told that they will only return LIKE PHONES. Aside from that, 4 out of 6 phones that I received back, 1 of the phones were reported LOST/STOLEN, so cannot even be used. Please be aware of Julie Lanzillo, Rick Canfield, I have texts and emails saved to back up this review. Just want to let other be aware of the customer service they may receive and not be taken advantage of, especially with these reps knowing some older adults may be technologically challenged.
