A great selection to shop or just spend time exploring. Alway having great events, especially at Christmas.
My husband is a saltwater fisherman he loves this place it's like a man going shopping in a woman's huge department store with so many selections just let them go for it they'll enjoy themselves and you will too to see the smile on their face
I paid for 2 Day delivery on the morning of the 12th. under the option to select the 2 Day delivery was the date, December 14th that the package would be delivered. I checked tracking today and it won't be here until the 15th and we will no longer be at the delivery location at that point. I ask to have the package re-routed to our new address and the representative says she has to charge me for this service? Why would I pay (again) to get my package a day later than the time your website guaranteed? Was on hold for 10 minutes waiting on a supervisor and gave up. Thank you for the help, Emily. 2 Stars because normally customer service is helpful.
This place had a lot to offer. It was really neat how it was set up and the decor of the places well. I was able to shop around and enjoy my visit but unfortunately not one Bass Pro employees stopped and greeted me and asked me if I needed anything or found anything. It's not a big thing for me but it's nice to be acknowledged. Other than that I enjoyed my visit.
