We were in Myrtle Beach on vacation and happened to need to return a pair of shoes to Foot Locker while we were browsing at the mall. The employee and manager on duty at opening (10am) today (4/13/17) were so pleasant and helpful. My husband and son are shoe enthusiasts, so we spend a lot of time in shoe stores and this Foot Locker location made quite the positive impression.

Ordered some shoes in a size 6,5 and drove 3 hours to pick them up, and then they had put a size 7 on hold instead! Really bad service, when you have driven so far to pick them up..........
