As a whole, 5 stars but lying to a customer about notices posted within the vicinity of a department (“gun shop”) really grinds my gears. I understand it’s Black Friday, tensions are high and turnover is possibly at an all time high. Customer Service and hospitality are out the window at this point, as most employees are running off of 5-hour energy and Starbucks (located at the center of the mall). Waltzed in curious as to whether or not I could return an item that I purchased 4 months ago, still in the package, never used (high $$$). Instead of informing me about the contract agreement (which, honestly nobody reads and/or is not explained thoroughly with the fine print during or after purchase [via; Statistics of Apple users with Apple ITunes “Terms of Service” agreement for EVERY SINGLE UPDATE]), I was told there were signs “posted everywhere” - direct quote, within the confines of the department. Took the advice with a grain of salt and left with the item, something told me double back. So I went back in the store to ask a rep from that department about my options with selling the item elsewhere. Managed to notice that there was not one. single. sign. stating that there was a “no return policy” posted anywhere within the entire place. This may be overkill, but disregarding a frequent customer because you’re busy or unable to relay the correct answer and then informing every other rep of your encounter at the front desk with the customer (observed behavior) after “telling a fib” is a sure fire way to lose business CASEY!
They have a massive selection of footwear but I was looking for a running shoe with good arch support and of high quality. If you just need a run of the mill shoe that looks good and requires no professional advice or fitting then this may work for you. If you need a real running shoe and some expert advice and fitting then try Black Dog Running Company nearby.
I’ll continue my business here, but not with that sales rep.
We've used Dick's for years and in all sorts of different places - thus far, this is, hands down, the best!

Awesome customer service - twice in the last 3 days we've had issues with our bikes (our fault - we ride rough!) and they've bent over backwards to help out and keep the repairs down to a minimum price. If you've got bike issues, look for Chase, Brent, Jim, Tom or Carlton - they'll hook you up and make sure you're happy!
Very low stock and when they did have my size it was in the highest price they had 1 size 14 muck boot and it was $175 others that were size 13 and smaller $99.00 and staff was terrible would rate 0 if you had it
Thanks guys!
