Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. Came home and one stopped working. Won't turn on at all. DON'T BUY THESE!
My daughter bought these shoes at Flashy Feet with her hard earned money while we were on vacation in Myrtle Beach. When we got home from vacation and she went to charge her shoes, and only one of them worked. Shame on us for not testing both shoes in the store. We did not purchase the warranty and noticed that the receipt says "all sales final". And there is no phone number for the store on the receipt. The shoes did not come with any directions. Very sketchy. My daughter thought she was duped.
In the store, both shoes worked fine. Two weeks after coming back to NC, only one worked when plugged in. The other shoe will not charge or anything. These may be cheaper than other light up shoe websites, but do not waste your money here. Buy elsewhere.
These light up shoes from this store only lasted a few weeks then stopped charging, unable to pair with anything else to charge them as well. Nothing worked. Don't buy from this store.
She called the main phone number for Broadway at the Beach and they gave her a phone number for the store. She spoke to someone at the store and told her that one of the shoes would not charge. He told her that the battery would need to be reset and sent her a video immediately showing her how to reset the shoes. Simply by unplugging the battery connection and reconnecting it solved the problem. The gentleman at the store was very helpful.
One of the most chaotic and unorganized stores I've ever been in. Tried asking about a specific size and they all acted as if they had no idea what I was saying. They had music turned up real loud, so it was hard to communicate with anyone and I think their a/c was broken, the store was really hot. Not a store I'll ever return to.
