My wife and I went in to buy a sofa and after much thought decided to go with a higher end model. After getting it home my wife found it too firm because she had back problems and could not get comfortable. We contacted Josh, the store manager, and after listening intently to our concerns agreed to allow us to exchange the sofa for a different model. Throughout the process of looking for furniture we did visit all the local furniture stores and saw some similar furniture at several different locations. What made us ultimately shop at America's Furniture Warehouse was the fact that they were willing to work with us on the various items we needed, price matched everything that we had found at other local furniture stores, and even honored a discounted price available online on the bedroom furniture.

This place is amazing, I looked for furniture everywhere even at High Point, NC and ended up buying my furniture at America's Furniture Warehouse. Staff is so friendly and Alex is the most helpful. For me it's all about quality, I wanted US made products and Looked everywhere in Myrtle Beach, most stores have furniture that's made in China and if it happens that they have a US made piece then the price is outrageous, but not this place everything is affordable, after weeks of looking ended up buying all my furniture here. Highly Recommended.
Rob Spencer was very helpful when we visited the store. We purchased Southern Motion's leather reclining sofa and console love seat. It was just delivered on Saturday and we LOVE it. Typically we do not buy extended warranties since they are a waste of money, but in this case we did. If you don't use it, they will give you a store credit to purchase another item. Thank you for all your help! We hope to have many years of enjoyment with our new furniture.

Think about your WORST furniture buying experience. Pretty awful, right? Now picture this....going into a furniture store and NOT being pestered the moment you enter the store. When you do find something you are interested in, a salesperson is eager to help (but not pushy) You decide to purchase the items(s) and head on over to the check out area. There, you are greeted by the friendliest, upbeat staff you've ever encountered. The transaction is quick and painless. They estimate a delivery date and it actually arrives on the day they said it would. The delivery guys call you in advance to let you know what time they will arrive and once again, they arrive on time. The delivery guys are personable and knowledgeable. They even explain what they are doing. The overall experience is fantastic. If you want the same experience I was lucky enough to encounter, for all your furniture needs, go to AMERICA'S FURNITURE WAREHOUSE! Tell them Gina sent ya!
Shopping at America's Furniture Warehouse was an overall pleasant and streamlined experience. The furniture was purchased for my father and his girlfriend (John and Vinnie), who needed to furnish 2 bedrooms and a dining space. They appreciated the fact the customer service was the right level of attentive without being overbearing. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Zack. Bottom line was that he gave us all the information we needed, but also gave us our space to let us browse the floor. Zack differed from some of the prior sales staff we had dealt with at other locations in that he did not follow us around and wasn't a pushy salesman. He had a great attitude and was very helpful.
Josh, the sales manager was accommodating as well. They took the time to negotiate with us until everyone was satisfied. When all was said and done they met all of our expectations. Your company should be very proud to employ people like Zack and Josh. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this store to those seeking a simple and reasonable furniture buying experience.
