Great place to buy furniture and Rose is a great salesperson
I purchased a soda sleeper and 2 recliners on 11/11/2017. These were not on sale and were ordered to be delivered on 11/27/2017. I inquired if any Black Friday discount can it be applied and was on Black Friday day if can have sale prices applied and was advised yes. I also stated I would be out of town. I called this morning when store and I inquired about delivery of furniture and was told it would be delivered on 11/27/3017 then I asked a bout Black Friday sale I was told it wouldn't be less than the sale price I had already received. I then stated I didn't realize I had received a sale price . The person on phone stated they didn't know if I got items on sale. I then stated how do you know if I'm getting a discount if you don't look at my order. Eason on phone said I would need to come in to get discount. Again I'm out of town as I had previously stated.
I went there with almost $4,000 bought a bedroom set and that lady at the front desk her name is rosa put me on finance almost mess my credit up and whenever I try to call to speak to the manager about it they would either pretend they don't hear me or hung up on me don't buy there worst first time experience ever I got a bill in the mail for 264 and I had to pay 305.45 they know exactly what they are doing don't buy there I regret buying there these people are not honest they are thieves.
