I would highly recommend working with Patrick H. at Ashley Furniture in Myrtle Beach. From start to finish he helped us find the perfect living room set for us. He was patient with us, had a lot of knowledge to share about each set we were interested until we found the Transister living room set. He was respectful that I could not make up my mind on the first trip and was understanding each time I came In. The whole staff at Ashley Furniture was friendly to work with. My wife and I were shopping for furniture for our new home and visited Ashley furniture to view their inventory displays. Patrick met us at the door and showed us everything we were needing for our home. No pressure sales!!! He gave us plenty of room to make decisions. Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly, and sensitive to our needs. He listened to us and answered all questions. The quality of the merchandise is very good and impressive prices are attractive and meet expectations for quality. My wife and I have now made this store number one for our furniture needs.
I will NEVER again buy from Ashley Furniture. I've purchased from this store twice and I had issues both times. Two years ago, I ordered a sofa and love seat. They sent me the wrong items and the sofa had boards that stuck in your back when you sat on it. When I called them about it, they said they couldn't do anything because it had been over 24 hours since I bought it. Over a month ago, I purchased a dining room set that arrived with 2 damaged chairs. I'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I've called customer service at least 4-5 times and still nothing.
Not bad. Good selection of furniture and the quality seems to be decent. Sales person, Bert, was super nice without being creepy. Just right. Staff area in the back is too big. Would be better invested if repurposed for floor displays. Gonna go back and pick up a few pieces from Bert for sure. She’s a charm.
