We recently moved to Myrtle Beach and decided to shop at Rooms to Go to furnish our home. We met Caitlin Gilroy. She is a great salesperson and patient. We ordered a few items, had a few issues with delivery, made a few changes to our order. Caitlin handled all situations/issues professionally. She also reminded us of the store policies on purchases/delivery. We appreciated the reminder and offered to help us should we encounter issues. Caitlin strives to provide excellent customer service and she does! We are glad to have partnered with her in furnishing our home.
Geneane was so helpful. She spent a significant amount of time showing us living room sets. In fact, we changed our mind mid-way through ordering process. She made the experience enjoyable. We will be back for other pieces. Highly recommend.
We loved working with Miranda when we visited the store. She was extremely helpful on both visits. We first purchased a sectional and found when it was delivered that we had the room for another console piece as well as the matching recliner. So, we went back to order the additional pieces. The only thing I wish they were able to do would be to honor the new sale price on the recliner. When we came back to order the recliner and console the day after the sectional was delivered, we found the store offering the recliner for $99. Since ours sectional was already delivered, we had to pay the full $499 for it instead of the $99 sale price. Other than that, it was a good experience.

She is most helpful. Great personality, very professional. Concerned with all of your needs and worries. She will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet.

Placed an order for two lamps that were payed for in full. Scheduled date and time came and went. Caller and was told there is no record of my order number. Finally they find the order number but no delivery don't know why. Waiting for customer supervisor (Edwin) who said dispatch can't get in touch with the driver. Now states that it will be later. When...who knows. All this AFTER I PAID EXTRA FOR THE DESIGNERS CLUB CARD.
