This was a wonderful experience. From walking in the door and meeting Rachel to working with the designer, Alexis!!! They both listened to our vision and the design presented was beyond my expectations. Excellent store and staff!!!
Both Rachael and Fritz worked with my wife, and separately with me, to help us find the right end table we needed and a metal bird sculpture for our entrance foyer. They presented several items for consideration with helpful suggestions on how to present the selected pieces to their full potential where we wanted to place them. Rachael and Fritz pointed out the sale and that allowed us to buy both the end table and sculpture. Our many thanks to them both.
My 90 yo Mother needed an new lift chair. When we entered the store Ms. Tucker greeted us and escorted us to the area where the chairs were. She listened to our concerns and needs and explained the differences between the chairs, what was available in stock and what the wait time would be for special orders. She answered all our questions and explained how the chair we were interested in worked in reference to how the heat, massage and all the buttons worked. Ms. Tucker stepped away and gave us time to discuss the chair in private and gave my Mother time to sit in the chair while she thought about the purchase. Once my Mom decided she wanted the chair and was happy with the color that was available in stock Ms Tucker was very thorough in explaining all details of the bill and delivery. The overall experience was extremely pleasant. There was no pushy sales pitch.

I went into the Lazy Boy store to buy my bf a new electric recliner for Christmas. Jordan was the sales rep that assisted me. She was very helpful and informative. The chair I picked out was not available except for the floor model. I was given the Black Friday 32% off since it was November 21st and so close to Black Friday. We want back today and picked the chair up. The staff was super. I did not catch the gentleman's name that actually assisted us loading it into our truck but he was the Best. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my visit to and experience in that store was awesome. I will def do business here again. THANKS.
Furniture is beautiful! The design team came out to my home for free and did an amazing job getting me the look I was after. The delivery team was excellent as well. Taking there time and making sure everything was set up perfect.
