Know before you go. This isn't the same excellent customer service that we've known to love about Lululemon. Two tshirts purchased for a Christmas present were the wrong size. An exchange for a smaller size was denied without the receipt EVEN though the tags were still on the garmets. I've left a message with the manager and hope they will uphold the standard of their company. Very disappointed.
hit or miss environment. Staff is often inattentive and busy chatting. Part of the mystique of a high end product, I believe, is the experience of knowing and UNDERSTANDING the company's culture.I have experienced Lululemon's culture as 'We are so cool that we actually don't give a damn.'
Great merchandise friendly helpful staff
I was at the outlet a week ago and it was awesome. I'm a Lululemon fan and try to get my clothes on sale. Picked up a hooded rain coat for $69 (there was an extra $30 off for all full zip jackets that weekend) marked down from $198! I picked up a 5 year t shirt, polo shirt, and tank top all at good prices. My wife picked up a few things also, we will be back in Myrtle in August and this will be a stop for sure. Staff was great and attentive, not pushy just there to help you out.
