I was completely dissatisfied...Made an appointment to get my eye brows waxed as I normally do with the owner. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen right away. I noticed that it was not my usual person. I asked the technician April where was Glenda the owner. She stated the owner is at the front desk. I said no where is Glenda she said she didn't know she's been here a week. I said the lady out front is not Glenda. She said she's the new owner. So I allowed her to still proceed with doing my eye brows. Explained to her that I would like a high arch. She said ok. During the process I heard her said ummm...I said what does that ummmm mean. She said can I get you to sit up I did...she stated I don't like it. I said ok can you fix it. She replied yes. She started fixing it and then I hear ugh...I said what does that mean...she said I'm off my game today...I said let me look at it. I immediately looked at my eyebrows and one is extremely thin and choppy and the other is thin like a straight line. I said this is not what I wanted (I'm beyond pissed off). She said I'm sorry do you want me to try and fix it again. I said no are you crazy. She said I'm sorry. I got up and left her room. I walked in the lobby and their were other customers in the lobby and I did not want to make a scene. The new manager said did you enjoy it. The atmosphere was nice the waxing no...I was so upset I left out sat in my car screaming. I called the owner back to explain to her what happened. The only thing she could offer was an apology. I explained to her what am I supposed to do. She stated well I can't put it back on. Like I understand but ma am your employee ruined my eye brows and now I must draw them. Once again no compensation or anything just an apology. Needless to say I will NEVER NEVER EVER RETURN to this place. You can take your chances if you like but you will be drawing your eye brows on.
