I came here for a conference. The hotel was well maintained and staff was very friendly. It also has a pool and some other fun stuff for the kids although I did not take advantage of these amenities during my stay. My coworkers who brought their children, however, did and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Our kids enjoyed the pool and had easy access to the beach. Wasn't crowded, never had to wait for elevators. Staff is friendly and professional. Enjoyed the spa treatment. Housekeeping was unpredictable but we were allowed to request services by app so it was a minor inconvenience. Food was good, but maybe slightly more expensive than it should be. Close to pirates voyage which the kids loved. We had a good time and would come back again.
On the beach. Fairly quick access to almost everything. Rooms well furnished (if you ask for a room with two beds they are queens not doubles). There are the typical parking and resort fees but I've seen higher. Love the pools and if you have children there is a fun water slide.
Villas are very well maintained properties suitable for the whole family. A little something for everyone from water aerobics, bingo, to children's activity centers. The ability to have access to the surrounding resort pools and recreation areas was definitely a plus!!! Will return next year for another family outing.
It's a nice hotel, but there are no freebies for the price you pay. Breakfast started at $15 and I think the buffet was around $28. Coffee you had to buy at the gift shop. It did have an indoor pool and large fitness center.
