I second the comment earlier, DO NOT rent from Avis/Budget of Jackson TN. I made a reservation for a SUV a week in advance only to get there and none was available. No one had the courtesy to call and inform me so that I could make other arrangements. Tara one of their employees acted with an attitude and was very unprofessional. She needs to be educated in customer service.

I had my bag stolen at my hotel in Myrtle Beach and my rental car key was in the bag. Avis roadside assistance and airport employees went above and beyond to help me and get me into another car. Thank you for making good out of a bad situation. Everyone was very kind and understanding.
They are really good people. We had an issue with our contract and the owner worked with us to sort things out. (Check your insurance before you show up to see if your covered. If not, it's an arm and a leg) the car was clean, great tires, low miles, good wiper blades and overall a happy customer. My wife just rented another car from them and we are booking a third. No hassle or pains.
