The line was crazy long because only 1 person was working the desk. Go to hertz or anywhere else. And please don't respond to this comment to call the 1 800 # because it goes to a automated system that eventually sends you to dispatch that keeps you on Hold longer than the hour and a half we sat in line for the car. GET MORE STAFF
VERY POOR AND SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lack of eye contact, lack courtesy. Waited 20 min to check in with Just one customer in the counter.
Once outside, had to wait 35 min more for the car to be brought up. Again VERY POOR communication. The agent just said please wait your car is being brought over.
Great experience! Employee was professional, courteous, and friendly. Return was very simple.
Sign up for fastbreak!! Walked by 30 people in line right up to counter for fastbreak customers . Had car in 2 minutes. Returned after our trip in 1 min. Prices with corporate discount were cheapest than everybody!
