When I returned the minivan, the final price was way lower than I had been quoted at arrival. So it makes me wonder if this location decides prices as they go. When I went in to get a hard copy of my final receipt, the guy at the counter acted as if I offended him for asking for it.

Nobody answers the phone at this location. They will not answer the phone with a human... all calls get re-routed to national call centre... what's the point of a local phone number? Typical global brand. Also even when I finally reached the national call centre, they would not rent me a one-way international rental... what's the point of an international global brand? Doesn't translate into international service... will go to the next international car rental company...

Hard to find the return area. But nice folks Quick and easy returns.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from the Myrtle Beach Airport location. Will not do business again. I made reservations almost three weeks prior to my trip to make sure that all went smoothly when I arrived in town. I printed off my confirmation as well, to make sure if there were any issues, that they would be resolved quickly. Well first, I was informed that the "compact car or something similar" that was promised in my reservation turned out to be one of two options: either a Dodge Caravan or big truck. Neither of which I or anyone else for that matter would consider a "compact" style vehicle. After selecting the mini van, I was then quoted a price that was outside of the price on my confirmation. The woman at the counter then says, "Well I will "try" to get you close to the price given on your reservation? I thought when you received a confirmation that was a guarantee of price. I had a debit card, I read all the information regarding car rentals with debit cards, and have used this same type of card with Enterprise before, and didn't have any issues. At this location I was made to pay 20% over the total amount and a 200 dollar deposit. No where on their website did it say anything about this. Only the 20%, and that proof of itinerary would be needed. Not being prepared for the additional $200 dollar deposited, I had to make some adjustments, which meant getting out of line and starting all over again, only to have the same person each time give me a different final cost, for the same vehicle and length of time renting. After the third time, I went to another lady and was finally given a price, which at this point I just wanted to get out of there and start my vacation, so I agreed.

I learned two things during this trip, I need a credit card when traveling, and Enterprise doesn't stick by their quotes. Customer service means nothing, all they want is your money. So even if you have a confirmation of your reservation, it doesn't mean a thing if they want to change it and give you what they want you to have. If you don't like it, Good luck.

This is the last time I would ever rent a vehicle from this place. I was told with the basic coverage insurance I wouldn’t have anyone check the vehicle out with me or when I brough it back in. I bring the Vehicle back as it was and now they’re saying I owe $184, because the Jeeps top wasn’t put back on. Well funny because when I drove it in the top and every was on, but there were two windows that needed zipped up?! I was never told I’d be charged for this and I guess 2 windows being zipped up justifies $184 charge? I called was told the manager would call me back that day and also they wouldn’t push the charge through anymore. Well they lied it’s been almost a week no manager call back and they tried pushing the charge through again!! I have tried to get ahold of them several times. Very Unprofessional

I called and confirmed over the phone I'd be able to rent a car using a debit card. When I got to Enterprise they said they wouldn't be able to accommodate me. After asking to see a manager and patiently waiting they finally said she was not going to be able to talk to me. Props to the front desk for being very professional about the situation, but I was very underwhelmed and disappounted that the manager would not talk to me face to face.

This will never happen to me again.
