GREAT JOB BROOK!
I have been a customer at Pandora as soon as they opened in Coastal Grand Mall. Pandora itself is an amazing jewelry line. Absolutely stunning! AND the genesis of the concept of interchangeable pieces in the world of jewelry today is just genius. I have been a loyal customer to the store from day one and will continue to be. But beyond that and even more so important is the service! I have been in the industry service in Myrtle Beach for 17 years so needless to say that is very important on my priority list. Every single Stylists is exceptional! As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by name, friendly faces and smiles. I feel so welcomed that I stop by just to say hi to all the ladies when I'm at Coastal Grand even if I'm not shopping at their store that day. That is what outstanding customer service will do. As a new grandmother I barely have time to shop these days. There have been on more than one occasion that I come to the mall just to shop at Pandora. But who can resist a good coffee and sometimes a quick dinner at the food court??? We are so lucky to have a Pandora in our area. This is one of very few stores that get me to Coastal Grand, not to mention all the wonderful ladies at Pandora especially my Stylist Lera! She is awesome!!!!
She is a great asset and she has made a life long customer now.
Great friendly staff. Went in to buy a charm for my wife and wound up leaving with 4. Huge selection took a while to go through but all in all great associates.
This is absolutely the best Pandora store I have been to. The girls here are so nice and the customer service is top notch. Will definitely be back!
I always wanted a Pandora bracelet just so I could personalize it with my own charms. My husband and I agreed I could finally get one as his Christmas gift to me for 2017 but that I would select it personally. So, I visited the Pandora store at Coastal Grande Mall in Myrtle Beach and the store was extremely busy as Christmas season was booming. However, Brook didn't hesitate to welcome me and offer her assistance. She was so friendly, she went over all the details of owning these bracelets, cleaning them, etc...she was overall just super nice and attentive.
I went into Pandora looking for a Dallas Cowboy Charm. Crystal Moore was helping me and she went above and beyond. Crystal located the charm and having it sent to my town for pick up. I am in management and Pandora is lucky to have her. I have been in other states trying to get this charm and no one went out of there way for me. Crystal now has a customer for life, I will drive 3 hours to come back and get all my charms from her. A Happy customer J.Tarrant
