Only thing i knew was the size and shape of the diamond i wanted. They made feel like family from the very first moment I walked through the door. Not only did they guid me in creating the perfect custome ring for my now wife, they took the time and educated me to become a informed consumer.
Great experience. Had what I thought was a diamond in danger of escaping its prongs. Was no more than a shift in one of the prongs. Took it to back, straightened it out and assured me it was safe. Honest, fair, and didnt even charge me. Be wary of any negative reviews about this place. Consider their source.

I am completely taken back by Don Bells review! I have dealt with Vicki Lyn Michael's for over 15 years for my jewelry needs. I have also sold scrap gold to them after checking with many buyers and was paid by far the highest fair amount offered. I have to assume this was a misunderstanding or merely a misrepresentation of the facts. Clearly the other reviews reflect the true quality and integrity of VLM Jewelers. His review tends to smack of a personal agenda to smear a reputable business in Myrtle Beach, noticing he lives in ILLINOIS...
