While on vaction from Ohio in 2010 my husband and I went into Treasues, came out with a beautiful 35th anniversary gift. We have been going back year after year. Suzie has helped me sell many of my consignment pieces. She goes the extra mile to make you feel at home and welcome.
Tried to call ahead to ask a few questions. No one ever picked up. Then when I went in to ask my questions there was an older lady with glasses and short blondish color hair. I asked her if they did appraisals and she was like we do but by appointment only. She was very short and very snooty. She then proceeded to ask what I needed appraised and I showed her my engagement ring. She said well the jeweler is extremely busy to appraise your ring because he is doing custom jobs and he won’t have time to do yours for a few weeks, but you can make an appointment if you’d like. And it will cost you $150 for your first item and 75 any additional item. I declined. And left. The lady made me feel like I was not worthy of their services and talked to me very rudely, shortly and snooty. She made me feel really uncomfortable. I was very disappointed with this experience and will never return to this jeweler again. I am not one to complain. But the way this lady made me feel I really hope no one else ever feels the way she made me feel just with her looks and attitude towards me. As if my money isn’t the same as everyone else’s.
