I love this place. We had a room with an oceanfront view on the first flooor. I truly enjoyed stepping out of our room onto a small patio with rocking chairs and table - with the option to use lounger chair right in front on the deck or to just walk out from our room right onto the beach. It was amazing! Did I mention the staff!? They are the best staff ever! The customer service is at the top of the line. Our stay was cut short by hurricanes Irma...but we will be back Best Western we will be back. Thank you for being so awesome!
We checked in at 4:30 the room was not done and below is what was on the bed cover. They change it but the front desk seems to be a little lost. And the oceanfront building is dated a bit in the hallways. The fridge needs to replaced the room on the inside was remodeled. We had to go back across the street because the keys did not work.
This is the FRIENDLIEST place this side of Disneyworld. The staff is AWESOME . From the time I got there to the time I left. NOT a continental breakfast. FULL breakfast. Not only that!!! Something different every day. These guys didn't just go the extra mile, they went the extra THOUSAND miles! . My only complaint was the room. I had the single queen efficiency. It had EVERYTHING. Was a little cramped . WAIT. Considering the price, What I got for the price The WORST I can say is the room was GREAT. Everything else. WOW!! AWESOME!!!!!
Staying in the cottage at the Best Western is an annual event for me to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate. It is just like being at home, but without all the responsibilities of home. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met. The free breakfast is beyond anything that I have ever experienced before. Hot and cold items. So many choices and the menu changes each day. Housekeeping visited me each day even though I was only there for two days. The facility is nice, neat, and clean inside and outside. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through the night; normally I get up at least twice. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I look forward to next year's visit.
The staff was friendly and breakfast was fine. We needed ice throughout our stay and had to go out & buy ice, because neither ice machine worked during our stay. Also on our last night the "clean" towels in our room had a few long dark hairs on them as well as a few shorter hairs. We had gotten in late and didn't report it though because we were so tired. The rest of the room was comfortable & clean. The lock on our door didn't work, but when reported, it was quickly repaired.
