We've been staying with Grande Shores on and off since 2012. We have had great service and when we didn't the manager was contacted; the issue was corrected and our vacation was saved. We've never had issues with cleanliness and the maid service has gotten much better at our recent visit on Christmas 2017. I would recommend Grande Shores. Also, if you aren't happy with their service speak to their managers, they will make it right. Bashing them in reviews makes you look like a needy brat who didn't get their way who is going to cry about it to anyone who will listen. Grande Shores is a great place!
Good safe location, clean beach area. You can walk the back at night n feel safe up in this area. I do hope it stays that way.
I will be returning to Grande Shores again.
Nicer rooms than average for the area/price. Amenities were great. Our little ones loved the heated pools and the indoor splash pool. Exercise room could use a little updating.
Great resort. Incredible pools, landscaping, service, rooms, ocean views. Highly recommend. Stayed off-season with great rates, so cannot say what the value would be in the high season.
Great Place to stay. Been coming there for over 12 years. Like any place it goes up in areas n comes down in some.
I really enjoyed my stay at the grand shores. The maintenance staff very attentive. Especially the young man named Vincent because of his prompt service and was very polite. Book your room YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT
