The bedding is comfortable and clean.. Keke was awesome in helping us with our needs. She is positive with a smile at all times. She brightened my day when I walked in.
Clean rooms (common areas could have been maintained better) and the staff was friendly. Met expectations for price point.
Excellent service and kind staff. KeKe was very helpful when I locked myself out of my room, but the whole staff was great. Good food, good location. Quiet atmosphere with great internet speed all over the lobby. Room was very clean, loved the window view.
The front desk attendant was very nice. The mattress was comfortable. However when walking into the room I immediately had the taste of air freshener in my mouth. They sprayed it in the air conditioner they sprayed it on the bed, on the pillows, there was no getting away from it. It was more humid in the room then it was outside. The air conditioner seemed to just put more humidity into the air. I ran it down to 60 degrees to dry out the air and it just got more and more humid. The rooms at this property are not representative of the Marriott Courtyard brand. This will be a one-night stay , I will be looking for indifferent hotel in the morning, if the air freshener doesn't kill me.
Nice hotel. Very clean. No problems. Only wish they had breakfast included.
