The staff is friendly, but unobtrusive. It's easy to forget you're in a hotel. The views are gorgeous! If you're looking for lots of water attractions, this is the place for you. Multiple pools, water slide and lazy river. Plus, they offer free DVDs for their guests.
We stayed 7 nights and the resort location was perfect. First day of check in we were given the keys and walked in to a room that was not cleaned yet. Front desk called us apologized and told us we would be refunded one night at 99.00. Third day we were advised by front desk we had room for three more days already paid from my original booking. Reservations were wrong again! Promised the penthouse for the mistakes plus credit 99.00.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's a great location along the beach and near various restaurants and shops. The pool was beautiful and warm. The beach was very nice and clean. Had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Nothing was done no credit and no penthouse. It was all a lie to try and pacify us till we left. I called numerous times and no one in management will call back! Beware of reservations they will say anything and do nothing!!
Boardwalk attractions. Pools and hot Tubs...not too busy. Beach view from room. Room not in the greatest shape but The fridge and microwave were nice to have. The whole place could use a good scrubbing. Front desk was often busy and concierge knew nothing about bus schedule etc.

Was told they was cleaning my room for over two hours and let four other people check in while my kids was soaking wet. Never said sorry or anything. Was great customer service till this time but I saw your promise ad in lobby and you did none if it or even acted as you cared. Which is fine me and my family and friends will take our business elsewhere.
