I’m really glad everyone else had a pleasant experience but no thanks for me!
Our room is filthy! The bathroom smells like a gas station. No shower curtain, no hot water last night or this morning at 6:30 am.
Our room was privately owned and well decorated. Very clean an organized. Footsteps away from the beach, bar, live music, small lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools with two large spa hot tubs . There are two restaurant on site and others are easy to walk/drive to... they also have a indoor bar that opens in the evening with live performances. Shopping is close. The people at the resort are friendly but the day I checked in 830pm the receptionist was not informational and very unfriendly. Besides that we had an awesome time.
The mattresses on the bed have dirt all over the sides.
Great location. My family enjoyed the Windows Restaurant breakfast buffet (big hit with my 8 year old son) and the Sandals bar (big hit with my wife). Nice indoor pool - kid friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere and wonderful staff! We look forward to a return visit.
Grabbed a cup from the cabinet for coffee and there was dried coffee in the cup. I normally rinse the cups out before using but this was disgusting!
This place was great. It was quiet and very relaxing. This staff was extremely friendly. The hotel room was wonderful it was very clean and very nice. My room was facing the ocean and I had a wonderful View. It had a lazy river, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and and hot tub, and Annie's Ocean Bar. I am not a drinker but I did enjoy the atmosphere of the music playing and enjoyed sitting out on the beach and hearing it play. I definitely will be booking with this hotel again. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is they closed down the indoor pool and the hot tub and was not in any hurry to get that reopened. I know that seems small to some people but I was really looking forward to enjoying it before having to head home. Other than that this is a great place to stay
The “party” yelling went on until 3:00 am. Along with firecrackers!
Our room is a dump.
We are on the top floor and the view was amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurants were both very good. Lazy river was nice. Great indoor and outdoor pools. 2 hots tubs. Music outside every night. Very relaxing place.
