Won't let me leave less than one star. Maintenance is definitely not a priority for this hotel. Room was just okay, but the other parts of the hotel were the main problems. One of the pools was down, don't know why but the water looked like a swamp. The jacuzzi had all kinds of trash floating in it. The one elevator was extremely small with dirt and dust covering the small vent making it like a sauna in there. Don't even try to get on when the staff are making their rounds cleaning rooms. You can't fit with their carts and equipment. The place just looks dirty and trashy. Needless to say my family won't be staying there again. Especially not for the price of a so called resort hotel.
Very outdated, room service was terrible, stayed 2 nights, call them 6 times answer twice, ask for extra pillow ,never came. Ask more towels never came. The pool where nasty, no toiletries except for few soap and toilet paper. Reception people where nice, and cheap hotel, but that's what you got for your money very, very cheap service. Never say never, but never again. Not a place you want to take your family, we were busy and basically just went there to sleep.
It's okay for the money but I've stayed in better . It truly needs to be remodeled. We stayed in the sand castle bldg. The elevators are slow and very small. The rooms are not very big. The WiFi sucks. The staff at water park are rude they have the easiest job and look miserable as hell. The best thing at resort was outdoor pools and being on the ocean. Did not care for indoor pool it was too hot in there. And the air conditioner in room sucked.
I had a pleasant experience here. The room was comfortable.
Cute wading pool for little ones. Room was compact. Meets the essentials with extra perks like a small sink, compact fridge and compact stove. Felt like it could be cleaner and the balcony was not safe for children because the Bars were too spaced apart. Would not stay for a week but was sufficient for overnight
