When buying the bed, the staff was very helpful. They didn't try to sell us something we couldn't afford. They answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. Now getting the bed delivered is a different story.
That is when we walked out. Needless to say, he will not be getting our business.
Walked in with my gf with intentions of buying a new mattress. The man working there was helping another customer. We sat on a bed and grabbed a remote to see what kind of features it has (I've never seen one in person before) and the guy working yelled over at her telling her not to touch the remote, and we questioned why and he just replied "no remote sweetie" (addressing my girlfriend) with zero explanation on why.
Great product, but the staff hasn't been the warmest.
