Staff is pleasant. Check in took way too long. Be prepared for the sit in a presentation spill. Extremely disappointed that I reserved 4 villas and requested same floor. Was guaranteed they were together then arrive and have my party split because "someone" was put in the room. Amateur hour. Parking is a nightmare. Villas are nice but not ocean front as requested. Be aware requests may/will be ignored. It's in a good location to food and shopping.
I really enjoyed the clean grounds and nice staff. The children enjoyed Arts and Crafts time and it was nice to have a keepsake for each one. It was off season and because of two warm days that week they didn't turn the heat on in the pools yet. Because the water and air temps were brisk, the only thing to do was the hot tubs. Hot tub use is difficult when you have small children. Turn the heat on Wyndham!
Fun resort. Would not give five stars as indoor pool was closed as well as the indoor hot tub. Not ADA compliant. Could not open the doors easily or find handicap access to bldg. Restaurant closed except for breakfast and take out lunch. Katie was awesome at front desk.
Nice resort with good location. Multiple pools and hot tubs outdoors plus two indoor pools and hot tubs and two lazy rivers. Starbucks on site plus a nice little cafe. Definitely try the omlets and strawberry waffles! Very pleasant staff and great views of the ocean with easy access to beach. Very easy access to all the malls and attractions. Well worth a visit.
Location and service we're exceptional! When construction noise disturbed us, they assisted in moving us to another unit. Staff were courteous and helpful. We also had a beautiful view!
