We received excellent care and treatment by the teams at Beach Urgent Care’s Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach locations. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great experience!
I'm on vacation and 24 weeks pregnant. While traveling here I slipped and fell getting out of our vehicle I haven't felt my little girl move all day yesterday or today, so I walk in the heat to see if I can hear the heart beat. When I walk in the front desk staff was very rude she just looked at me , no greeting or anything , so I frantically explained my story and she replies "okay and". So I explain I was only hoping to just hear the heart beat and she rudly informed me they do not have an ultrasound system. I did not WANT an ultra sound! I wanted to here my baby's heart beat. YOU ARE CONSIDERED URGENT CARE but you do not have a 20$ fetal heart monitor. Honestly. What a joke. Thanks for nothing, and a horrible experience.
I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Hunter. I would not recommend Him to anyone. I spoke with Rosaino Reynolds about what had happened and explained that the least the doctor could do is apologize to my 12 year old for sticking a tampon up her nose and causing unbearable pain for her when her nose bleed had just about stopped. After my wife removed the tampon due to the pain (while still in the office) the bleeding was worse than when we brought her there. The doctor still has not apologized. The other bad part with the visit is that the doctor was touching the bloody nose and paper towel coming in and out of the room and never washed his hands or even put on gloves. My daughter is still getting the nose bleeds but is too scared to go see another doctor. I will be reporting the doctor to the Board of Medical Examiners.
Needed attention to my eye Tuesday 8/22/2018. When I went in I was met by polite, professional staff. I was registered in a very timely manner and had about a 20 minute wait before being called back (there were several people and I was afraid I'd be there a while). The Nurse attending me was awesome! The Doctor was awesome! I had a very good visit at this facility and would recommend if you need to be taken care of this is a good place to go to!!
Called to refill a prescription that I have been on for over 20 years, non controlled substance for stomach discomfort, was required to see doctor again to accommodate my refill I along with my family had been going there for all our care now is time to find a true primary care physician. And not an assembly line of different doctors who require additional visits to keep prescriptions current also receptionist was very unsympathetic and robot like.
