Realized that there was some confuseion between me and my doctor, and got it resolved today.
Fantastic experience! Everyone was so friendly and polite. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a physician or are unhappy with your current one. They were able to get me in on short notice. Very short waiting time when I was there. Front desk was great, Tina was great, and Carrie Crum was great! Thank you for making everything so quick and easy :)
I am impressed by the professional yet kind service I receive at this facility, The support staff is wonderful. Very professional without being cold and Dr Harrah explains in simple terms that I can understand and never fails to answer any question I have regarding my health, medications or test results. I have never felt so comfortable seeing a doctor. I would recommend this facility to anyone who desires thorough medical care.
My first check-up was great. Dr. Moccia is very kind and personable. But everything afterward has been downhill. It took two weeks and multiple voicemails to get a prescription for bloodwork, and now that the results are in I cannot get anyone to call me back. They utilize a health portal online, but I cannot get into my account unless I contact my practice. I work for a practice as an administrator, so I know that things get busy. But this is out of hand.
Everything seems good now.
Not too bad of a place actually.
