We went here on Sunday after my husband woke up with an eye irritation. Since no eye doctors were open, I looked into urgent care. The receptionist was helpful. After filling out the forms, we were seen by a doctor in about 15 minutes. Although my husband's injury was not serious, the examination was thorough. The doctor was friendly. He made the correct diagnosis and prescribed and called in an RX which worked immediately. Since we are new to the area, he also recommended eye doctors. The office called and emailed the next day to follow up to see how he was doing. We were very pleased with the care he received at this location.

I highly suggest this location review their telephone answering procedures. Two days, calling multiple times and no one answering. Automated system on hold for upwards of 30 minutes each time. A customer/patient is a customer/patient regardless of whether or not they are physically standing in front of you or not. My girlfriend waiting for test results to be "signed for release" by the doctor for days now. We had to drive all the way TO doctors care again just to see the results because no one would answer the phone.
I have never been to a better urgent care. The doctor was truly concerned not only about what was wrong with me at the moment but also down the road. I was very impressed.
My daughter went to this Doctors Care and was treated horribly by the person at the front desk. She was told she had an outstanding bill which my daughter received on Thursday of this week and put in the mail on Friday the very next day. They said they needed to see a receipt and that unless she paid it she could not see a doctor. My daughter had to pay again and asked would they credit her back when they got her check and was told she didn't know. I was on the phone with her and heard the whole thing. If she wasn't so sick she would have left but she was now out all this money plus the woman was so rude to her. My daughter will be calling the supervisor on Monday to let them know how badly she was treated.
