I had trigeminal neuralgia on both sides of my face for 4 years. This is the ONLY treatment that has worked for me. The entire team is compassionate and professional.
The staff are friendly, positive, and well-meaning, but the treatment protocol is experimental and seems to be a work in progress. My elderly father spent three weeks there for treatment of post-herpetic trigeminal neuralgia, for which the clinic claims a high success rate. He did not get better, and we didn't have a sense that his results were tracked--we weren't asked to complete a survey when finished. We took a chance because he had run out of other options, but the results were disappointing. The owner suggested that the nerve cells continue to heal for six months after treatment, but my father has seen no change in the two months post-treatment.
For those of you who are at your witts end as I was, i PLEAD WITH YOU, as desperate as you are to know this is a scam!!!! They mearly hold a warm laser lightto your face and try to brain wash you that it is healing the mylon sheath around your nerves! If doesn't work then they tell you that you have metal in your system and need to Purchase treatment for that!!!
my family still owes them thousands of dollars! It is sickening to think that a man is getting rich off of our near suical condition!
You are forced to pay upfront so they feed on our DESPERATION for healing and finance through another finance company. I left there NO better but was told I would improve up to 2 months later. It is a year later and I never improved at all!!
I got the phone number of several patients there so we could stay in touch since we understood each other so well. they each said they had no improvement.
the staff was Extremely Nice and comforting! The founder Appeared to be professional. However, when you arrive and you have "consultation", it is with a doctor who knows very little abut trigeminal neuralgia and has no real test to verify if you are a canidate. he is only there for liability. He cannot and will not prescribe any medicine if , and you will, run out of your prescriptions!!! you are then forced to go to an emergency room or private doctor and HOPE to get what your body is used to taking. I was told the treatment would be 2-3 weeks. I was not prepared for how Hard this would be on my very weak body! i would have Never made it had my mother not stayed with me another thing they do NOT tell you that most people in seriously bad shape as those of us who would not be there otherwise, SHOULD NOT STAY THERE ALONE!!!! after made NO improvement in 2 weeks, I was told that I had a MORE stubborn type to cure so I needed to stay for 6 WEEK treatment !
FROM A FELLOW SUFFERER OF TN, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR 8 weeks!!!!!
I wish there were enough complaints to shut them down!
