First of all, I had a nice experience at this particular store, but after purchasing the ring, I've had two stores refuse to honor the diamond guarantee once a prong came loose. Thankfully, we noticed the prong before anything happened to the diamond, but my wife is too scared to wear it, and two other Jared locations, as well as their customer service team over the phone, refused to help. After I mentioned that I would take it somewhere else, I was told that it would void the warranty (which they refuse to honor anyway). I'm just really disappointed in the whole experience.
