The PA that treated my daughter wiped blood from her injured toe. He did not dissenfect the area at all. He poked and prodded around. Gave her 3 Tylenol and sent her home with a huge bandage. When I called back to ask about her visit, I was hung up on by a very rude nurse who refused to speak to me because my daughter is an adult. When I called back, she immediately connected me with Adam Callahan, PA. He informed me that my daughter's injuries were not significant, that blood was not wiped away from the area because it never bled and that they in fact did not dissenfect the area! He was rude and arrogant. I could hear others in the background laughing and I will be reporting him tomorrow for his violation of the HIPPA laws. Hopefully they remove him from service and strip away his privileges.
Pleasent, the employees were nice and I was in and out quick. Best hospital experience I've ever had.
First i was put into the hall way and had to hold the pee in my hand for an hour before they collected it. Finnaly got seen was there for three hours. Thr physician gave me a pelvic exam and it hurt he had no idea what he was doing. Tried to give me a painful shot for std and had to ask nursr 3 times what it was for before she answered me. I refused the shot and then she acted really rude towards me. I told them i was already tested for stds 3 months ago ehrn i got my birthcontrol taken out been with the same guy for a year and guess what i was neg for any stds. But they lied and said they were sure thats what i had. Tried to talk me into the shot and i just kept shaking my head no. Im an adult and if i say no its a no. Never comming here again.
My visits have always been great.Such pleasant caring people. In an out quickly.
My problem isnt the staff, they were pretty nice. But i promise you, a monkey used the end of a banana to sketch and design this place. They consider the front lobby the "waiting room." I asked if there was a little waiting room next to the ct scan room. Theyre excuse was "the building is too small." This is supposed to be a small hospital and emergency clinic! It feels like your family doctors office, or worse. I would definitely not come here unless you have no other option, or youre not bringing family. I could definitely see them not allowing a parent with their child in the back, even if theyre almost dying back there. This place also has the WORST cell reception.
